# Get Started

## Getting Started

This page walks you through everything you need to do to go from "no account" to working inside a company workspace in Engage.

Engage onboarding is **approval-based**: anyone can create a personal account, but a company workspace is provisioned by the OnChainLabs team

> If you were invited by a teammate who already has a company in Engage, skip ahead to Path B: Join via invitation.

### Path A: Register a new company

#### Step 1 — Create your account

1. Open Engage and click **Create an account** on the landing screen.
2. On the **Register** page, fill in:
   * **Email address** — this becomes your login and the address where verification and notification emails are sent.
   * **Password** — minimum 8 characters.
   * **Confirm password** — must match exactly.
3. Click **Register**.

You can also choose **Continue with Google** from the Login page if you prefer to sign in with an existing Google identity. OAuth accounts still follow the same verification and approval flow.

#### Step 2 — Verify your email

After registering you are redirected to the **Check your email** screen.

1. Open the message sent by OnChainLabs and click the verification link.
2. If the email hasn't arrived within a minute or two, press **Resend Email** (a 30-second cooldown applies between resends).
3. Once verified, you'll be able to log in.

Your account cannot proceed past login until the email is verified, so don't skip this step.

#### Step 4 — Request your company workspace

On the **Waiting for Access** screen, your account is ready but not yet attached to a company. To register a company workspace:

1. Click **Contact Support** to open a prefilled email to **<contact@onchainlabs.ch>**.
2. In your message, include:
   * Your registered email address (so the team can link the workspace to your account).
   * Your company's legal name and primary contact.
   * A short description of what you plan to build or operate on WalletTwo (wallets, RWA, tokens, on-ramp, etc.).
   * Any production/compliance requirements you already know about (networks, jurisdictions, go-live timeline).
3. Submit the request and keep the browser tab open, or **Log Out** and wait for confirmation.

The OnChainLabs team will review your request, create your company in Engage, and attach your user as the first member. You'll receive an **email notification** once access is granted.

#### Step 5 — First login into your company

After you receive the access confirmation email:

1. Log back into Engage.
2. You'll be taken straight to **Dashboard → Home**, scoped to your new company.
3. If you belong to more than one company, use the **company selector** in the top bar to switch between them. Your active company is remembered across sessions.

You are now ready to configure your wallet, invite teammates, and start building. See Introduction for an overview of the modules available.

### Path B: Join via invitation

If a teammate with an existing company sends you an invitation, onboarding is shorter:

1. **Open the invitation link** from your email.
2. **Create an account** (Step 1) or **log in** if you already have one. Use the same email the invitation was sent to.
3. **Verify your email** (Step 2) if this is a new account.
4. Back on the invitation page, click **Accept Invitation**.
5. You are redirected to the **Dashboard** with the inviting company already active.

If you see *"Invalid invitation"* or *"This invitation has already been used"*, ask the teammate who invited you to send a fresh invite from **Dashboard → Members**.

### Troubleshooting

**I didn't receive the verification email.** Check spam/junk, then press **Resend Email** on the verify screen. The button has a 30-second cooldown.

**I verified my email but still land on "Waiting for Access".** This is expected. Email verification unlocks login; access to a company is granted separately by the OnChainLabs team (Path A) or by accepting an invitation (Path B).

**I forgot my password.** From the **Log In** page, click **Forgot your password?** to start the recovery flow. You'll receive an email with a reset link.

**My invitation link doesn't work.** Invitations are single-use and can expire. Ask the inviter to resend from **Dashboard → Members**.

**I need to contact the OnChainLabs team.** Email **<contact@onchainlabs.ch>** from the address tied to your Engage account.
